Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships for our technology solutions portfolio. Reporting directly to the Country Manager – Cloud & Non-Cloud, you will lead prospecting activities, qualify opportunities, and support the growth of the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients via email, SMS, and calls, and set up meetings with decision‑makers.
• Gather information to qualify opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential deals.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients to secure long‑term partnerships.
• Provide weekly status updates to the reporting manager.
• Prepare sales materials, activations, and support event preparation as needed.
• Lead and mentor sales team members, driving overall team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in training, technology solutions, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, or DevOps.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and sales account management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology trends and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and experience mentoring or managing sales teams.
• Results‑driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
