Business Development Manager – AI-Powered HR Platform

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the launch and growth of an AI‑powered HR data insights platform in the Philippines. You will engage senior HR decision‑makers, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how our SaaS solutions can drive better business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across the Philippines.
• Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, CHROs, Talent Acquisition heads and business executives.
• Conduct discovery meetings, recommend tailored HR technology and workforce intelligence solutions.
• Present and demonstrate the platform, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing to convert qualified leads into customers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM system.
• Represent the company at HR events, webinars and industry conferences.
• Stay up‑to‑date with HR trends, AI innovations and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record selling HR products, HR technology, HR data solutions or related SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and ability to hold strategic discussions with senior HR leaders.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
