Business Development Manager – 3 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager with at least three years of experience to drive growth and expand our client base. The role combines strategic market analysis with hands‑on sales execution to secure new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including product, marketing, and operations—to align offerings with client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
