Business Development Executive – Pampanga/Tarlac

About the role

foodpanda is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its restaurant partner network across Pampanga and Tarlac. In this role you will acquire new restaurants, showcase foodpanda’s premium product suite, and negotiate partnership agreements to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new restaurant partners through cold calling, field visits and virtual presentations.
• Present foodpanda’s packages creatively and communicate the benefits to potential vendors.
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring a strong first impression and clear value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support vendor onboarding and incubation.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall volume and quality growth.
• Monitor competitor activity, gather market feedback and provide recommendations to maintain market share.
• Act as a local market expert, staying updated on food trends and engaging quality vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of sales, business development or upselling experience, preferably with field sales.
• Strong understanding of sales pipeline management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Filipino and the local dialect.
• Persuasive, highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a fast‑paced team.
• Willingness to conduct extensive fieldwork within Pampanga/Tarlac.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
