Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by attracting new members to our workspace solutions and nurturing existing relationships. You will work closely with the City Director and line heads to shape and execute sales strategies in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve closing targets through prospecting, networking, cold‑calling and advertising.
• Manage virtual office and coworking revenue streams and collaborate on strategic initiatives.
• Support the BD team with market research, competitor analysis and opportunity tracking.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, handle sales enquiries and follow‑up proactively.
• Build and maintain networks with real‑estate agencies, chambers of commerce, government bodies, professional services firms and multinational corporations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for pre‑sales planning and after‑sales service.
• Participate in business events and sales‑related activities.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Self‑motivated, confident and able to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
