Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting practice. This remote contractor role focuses on generating qualified opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem and supporting our consulting team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision‑makers through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and schedule meetings for the consulting team.
• Understand client challenges and position Dynamics 365 services as solutions.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and leadership on business development activities.
• Maintain accurate prospecting records in the CRM and meet lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, business development, lead generation or sales within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound efforts.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with Microsoft partners or Dynamics 365 consultancies is highly desirable.
