Business Development Executive (Commission-Based) – Remote

About the role

Sharpfield Global is looking for motivated Business Development Executives to drive new client acquisition for its Shopify development, IT support, and technology project services. This fully remote, commission‑only position offers unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients for Shopify development projects.
• Generate leads for IT support, field services, and managed IT projects.
• Build relationships with business owners, decision‑makers, and stakeholders.
• Present service offerings and coordinate client requirements with internal teams.
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads.
• Meet and exceed sales and business development targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in IT services, technology sales, digital marketing, or eCommerce is a plus.
