Business Development Executive (Cebu)

About the role

RedDoorz is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to accelerate its growth in the Philippines. Based in Cebu, you will lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting hotel owners to closing partnership agreements—while collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with hotel and property owners.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare customized proposals and pricing structures for each partner.
• Design and implement sales strategies to expand RedDoorz’s market footprint.
• Maintain long‑term relationships by providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Share regular performance updates and insights with the Business Development team.
• Contribute to improving sales playbooks and client engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of sales or business development experience is a plus; fresh graduates with high potential are welcome.
• Strong English communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.
