Business Development & Client Relations Specialist

About the role

LARES Inc. is looking for a proactive Business Development & Client Relations Specialist to drive growth of its commercial and digital services. You will identify new revenue opportunities, nurture client relationships, and coordinate project campaigns while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads for new revenue streams, conduct market research, and create proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Manage client relationships through the sales funnel, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and maintain regular communication.
• Support implementation of business development initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and monitor key performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare updates on leads and market trends, and assist in organizing events or seminars.

Required profile

• Strong outbound sales prospecting skills with solid understanding of sales processes and customer pain points.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to build trust and sustain client relationships.
• Analytical mindset for market research and translating insights into compelling sales collateral.
• Exceptional time‑management and organizational skills for coordinating projects across teams.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a growth‑focused team.
