Business Data Analyst - PowerBi

About the role

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to support our finance team. You will turn complex financial data into clear insights that drive commercial decisions and improve reporting efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead profitability reporting across projects and products, delivering actionable insights for commercial decision‑making.
• Design, build and maintain high‑quality financial presentations, dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Analyse KPI trends to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology and Delivery teams on financial modelling, initiatives and insight generation.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality and automation, including AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity to challenge trends and improve processes.
• Understanding of financial modelling, profitability analysis and cost allocation principles.
• Experience working with large datasets, data lakes and data cleansing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and data‑modelling techniques.
