Business Controller

About the role

The Business Controller will be the single point of ownership for Business Controlling and Operations Control, partnering with product and operations teams to ensure financial performance visibility, strong operational controls, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner to product and operations leadership, analysing monthly P&L, KPIs and trends, and preparing management reporting such as MBR and dashboards.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, monitor execution of action plans, and support business leaders in performance follow‑up.
• Own operation control KPI monitoring, ensure data integrity in TMS and operational systems, and perform variance analysis with root‑cause investigation.
• Establish and maintain an operations control framework aligned with Group policies, conduct control assessments and drive process improvements.
• Produce monthly KPI dashboards, deliver ad‑hoc analysis on cost drivers and operational performance, and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with product, operations, finance and regional teams to deploy best practices, lead training on control standards, and support new initiatives and IT tools.
• Manage a supervisor, allocate responsibilities, and develop team capabilities.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance controlling, operations or logistics environments.
• Strong accounting knowledge and business analysis capability.
• Experience in operations control, KPI tracking and process improvement.
