Business Analyst – Mobile Workforce Management System

About the role

Meralco is seeking a Business Analyst to support the implementation of its Mobile Workforce Management System. The role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring a smooth transition from project to operational use.

Key responsibilities

• Review and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and execute test cases to validate system functionality against business needs.
• Consolidate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results, support release readiness, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
• Develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and assess user readiness.
• Create and update operational documentation such as Guidelines & Procedures, Quick Reference Guides, and user manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably experience or internship in the utility sector.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities for workshops, training, and user validation.
• Excellent documentation skills for guidelines, quick reference guides, and manuals.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
