Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will support the bank's front, middle, and back offices by providing timely, accurate data insights that drive informed decision‑making. You will work closely with sales, operations, and reporting teams to enhance productivity and ensure data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize sales productivity through cross‑selling initiatives, campaign design, and lead generation.
• Monitor sales and TAT KPIs, ensuring data availability and fitness for use.
• Assist support and reporting units with business‑related data and reporting needs.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to build reports and dashboards, using tools such as SAS and Power BI.
• Design data cubes, develop visualizations, and maintain dashboards for ongoing relevance.
• Guide stakeholders on sustainable report and dashboard management.
• Facilitate testing, deployment, and governance of new data cubes in the local data warehouse.
• Implement data governance by monitoring data quality, addressing issues, and updating policies.

Required profile

• College degree in a mathematics‑related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in analytics, statistics, data science, or modelling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
