Building Maintenance Technician – Metro Manila

About the role

H&D Group of Companies is looking for a reliable Building Maintenance Technician to support its portfolio of mid‑rise to high‑rise commercial and residential properties in Metro Manila. The role involves on‑site, shift‑based work to keep building systems operating safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, carpentry, and electro‑mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and fix issues with facilities machinery across multiple properties.
• Respond to emergency service calls and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate logs of work performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with other technicians to support multi‑skill tasks.

Required profile

• High School Graduate, Vocational Diploma, or short‑course certificate in Building Maintenance, Electrical, Carpentry, Mechatronics/Electro‑Mechanical, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience in maintenance/repair of facilities machinery, or at least 3 months of apprenticeship in a building maintenance program.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and able to work on shifting schedules.
• Willingness to be assigned to sites in Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig, or Quezon City.
