Building Engineer – Biñan

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Building Engineer for its Biñan location. You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing a wide range of building systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life‑safety and control systems.
• Ensure all building systems meet applicable codes, regulations and company directives.
• Maintain an energy‑management program and implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Conduct emergency repairs and respond to building system inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing).
• Follow safe storage, usage and disposal procedures for hazardous materials and keep the workplace clean.
• Coach team members, share knowledge across disciplines and model CBRE RISE values.

Required profile

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years of facilities‑management experience.
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift loads of 50 lb or more.
• Strong judgment, analytical skills and willingness to consider new perspectives.
• Advanced organizational mindset and solid math abilities for basic financial calculations.
