Building Administration Officer / Engineer

About the role

The Building Administration Officer/Engineer will oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of the Mall of Asia Arena, ensuring that all facilities, utilities, and equipment meet the company’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and orderliness. This role combines engineering expertise with facilities‑management oversight to support a safe and efficient environment for employees, tenants, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance services for the mall, its amenities, utilities, and equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance surveys and safety audits to identify repair or renovation needs.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to optimize the use of utilities, facilities, service vehicles, and office equipment.
• Coordinate with mall management to ensure safety and security for staff, tenants, and customers.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, audit findings, and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering with a professional license.
• 3‑5 years of experience in building and facilities management or engineering maintenance services.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale facility operations in a commercial environment.
