Building Admin Facilities Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Building Admin Facilities Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of building facilities across multiple locations. The role ensures that all systems are safe, efficient, compliant, and performing at their best while coordinating internal teams and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations, maintenance activities, and technical services across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and related infrastructure.
• Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and external service providers.
• Manage vendor performance, service contracts, and maintenance agreements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Monitor facility performance, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.
• Provide recommendations for upgrades, repairs, and improvement initiatives.
• Support renovation, expansion, and other building‑related projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• PRC license.
• 5–8 years of experience in building facilities management, engineering operations, property management, or maintenance management.
• Proven experience managing building systems and facility operations, preferably across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to conduct regular site visits and travel as needed.
