Brand Marketing Communications (ATL & Digital) Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Communications Manager to lead both above‑the‑line (ATL) and digital marketing initiatives. The role will shape brand strategy, drive lead generation, and ensure consistent brand health across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute ATL and digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
• Establish SOPs, policies, and budget controls to guarantee timely and compliant execution.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, brand health metrics, and lead generation across platforms.
• Lead brand tracking surveys, analyse results and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee the Brand Marcom team, providing guidance and support to ensure project delivery.
• Report directly to the Head of Department and align strategies before rollout.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ATL marketing and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data and KPI results.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance with established SOPs.
