Branch Sales Officer

About the role

As a Branch Sales Officer you will drive business growth by executing sales strategies and matching client needs with the bank’s innovative products and services. You will work across the region, visiting branches and engaging with both existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a proactive stance toward competition, market conditions and external factors to mitigate threats and seize opportunities.
• Build stronger relationships with existing customers through regular visits and financial reviews.
• Collaborate with partner units to achieve successful cross‑selling.
• Profile prospects accurately by assessing their financial status and capabilities.
• Acquire new customers by presenting the bank’s products as solutions to their needs.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of strong sales experience in the banking industry.
• Experience in field work, new client acquisition and client management.
• Willingness to be mobile and work in any branch within the region.
• Resilient, go‑getter attitude.
