About the role
The Branch Sales Associate position is an entry‑level role designed to fast‑track your career toward becoming a Business Manager. You will work in the field, meet new people, and earn performance‑based awards and incentives on top of your basic pay.
Key responsibilities
- Generate individual and corporate leads through client mapping.
- Acquire new clients and maintain the growth of newly solicited accounts.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable products and services.
- Coordinate with the branch operations team for effective service delivery.
Required profile
- Open to fresh graduates from business or non‑business courses.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willingness to perform field work and meet quota‑based targets.
- Knowledge of branch products such as Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) is a plus.
