About the role

The Branch Sales Associate position is an entry‑level role designed to launch a career in banking sales, with a clear path toward becoming a Business Manager. Graduates of the Sales Associate Training Program advance to Junior Assistant Manager after six months. The role is field‑oriented, allowing you to meet new clients while earning performance‑based awards on top of a basic salary.

Key responsibilities

• Generate individual and corporate leads through client mapping.
• Acquire new clients and nurture the growth of newly solicited accounts.
• Assist clients in selecting products and services that meet their needs.
• Coordinate with the branch operations team to ensure effective service delivery.

Required profile

• Open to fresh graduates from business or non‑business courses.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to perform field work and work under a quota‑based system.
• Knowledge of branch products such as Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) is advantageous.
