Branch Pharmacist

About the role

The Branch Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medicines while providing professional counseling to patients. This role supports the store’s compliance with regulatory standards and promotes best practices among the pharmacy team.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the validity and accuracy of prescriptions before dispensing medicines.
• Provide patient counseling and address drug‑related queries.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Corporate Pharmacist.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reference books and ensure they are readily available.
• Manage proper storage, remove expired or compromised stock, and monitor medicine condition.
• Represent the store during FDA and PDEA inspections.
• Conduct training sessions to keep store personnel informed about product updates and new practices.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist or License Holder.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and a compressed work week (5 days on, 2 days off).
• Availability to work on holidays and weekends when needed.
• Open to relocation; allowances are provided for eligible candidates.
