About the role
The Branch Manager – Sales will lead the promotion and cross‑selling of the bank’s products and services, as well as those of YGC partners, while expanding the customer base and delivering timely financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Market and cross‑sell a range of banking and partner products.
- Grow the customer base through internal and external sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure prompt service of their financial needs.
Required profile
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- At least a four‑year degree in a business‑related field.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of credit evaluation and analysis.
- Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and product offerings.
