About the role
The Branch Manager – Sales will lead the Business Center’s sales initiatives in Batangas, driving growth and ensuring long‑term sustainability. You will be responsible for crafting and executing sales strategies that align with the Retail Banking Group’s objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Business Center’s sales plan in line with overall retail banking goals.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and identify new sales opportunities.
- Grow the customer base through internal and external sales initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure timely servicing of their financial needs.
- Track account profitability and work to improve it.
Required profile
- Team player with a passion for the banking environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, management and financial management.
