About the role
BDOBDO Unibank, Inc., the Philippines’ leading full‑service bank, is seeking a Branch Head for its Guimaras location. The role oversees profitability, marketing, operations and administration while building long‑term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services to meet fund‑generation and credit targets.
- Drive profitability by promoting bank products and achieving sales objectives.
- Oversee daily branch servicing, including over‑the‑counter transactions and ATM operations.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Required profile
- Graduate of a four‑year degree program.
- Minimum of five years supervisory experience in branch operations and marketing.
- Strong managerial capabilities with a proven ability to lead teams.
- Ability to design and execute marketing initiatives that support business goals.
