About the role
The Branch Head will lead the Branch Banking Group (BBG) Business Unit in Maramag, Bukidnon. This senior position is responsible for driving profitability, marketing, operations and overall administration of the branch while building long‑term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client needs and promote appropriate bank products and services to meet fund‑generation, credit and profitability targets.
- Oversee all aspects of branch servicing, including administrative tasks, control and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Manage and guide Branch Officers and staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Gather market intelligence, client feedback and competitive data to inform strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5–10 years of managerial experience in branch banking, marketing or operations.
- Proven ability to lead a team and achieve financial targets.
