About the role
We are seeking a BIM Team Lead to head our Building Information Modeling efforts in Metro Manila, Philippines. This full‑time, on‑site position plays a critical role in our engineering drafting department, allowing the successful candidate to make a meaningful impact by driving BIM innovation and best practices across projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of BIM Modelers and Coordinators, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
- Drive BIM innovation and implement best practices throughout the workflow.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of BIM models for engineering and construction projects.
Required profile
- Self‑directed and able to multitask effectively.
- Technically credible with a solid understanding of BIM processes.
- Operationally minded with the ability to manage team performance.

What we offer
- Competitive salary package ranging from ₱120,000 to ₱180,000 per month.
- Full‑time, on‑site role based in Metro Manila.
