Billing Specialist

Join us in bringing joy to customer experience. Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software, delivering innovative solutions to customers worldwide. The Billing Specialist will ensure accurate and timely invoicing while supporting the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process daily billings to ensure client invoices are accurate, consistent with contractual requirements and issued on time.
• Research and resolve billing, credit and accounts receivable issues.
• Review and reconcile account balances in Accounts Receivable.
• Interface with internal customer service and support teams on customer inquiries.
• Assess current billing operations, recommend improvements and assist with implementing new processes.
• Collaborate with AP and AR team members on ad‑hoc projects and miscellaneous tasks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of billing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
