About the role
Ingram Micro is seeking a Billing & Pricing Operations Analyst to join its professional technical support team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. The role is full‑time and hybrid, offering the chance to support billing and pricing processes for customers across the EMEA and US regions while contributing to a global technology leader.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional technical support for billing and pricing operations.
- Assist internal and external stakeholders with billing inquiries and pricing adjustments.
- Collaborate with teams serving EMEA and US markets to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
- Participate in a quick hiring process and onboarding to become productive rapidly.
Required profile
- Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
