Billing and Collections Specialist (Fixed Term)

About the role

The Billing and Collections Specialist will support PwC’s internal firm services and client engagements by handling billing processes, managing collections, and providing financial reporting assistance. This fixed‑term position is based in Pasig and works closely with engagement teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on accounting, financial reporting, and strategic business issues to engagement teams.
• Ensure complete and relevant exchange of information between consultants, clients, and subsidiaries.
• Support engagement teams in resource management, learning and development, reporting, technology, innovation, quality and compliance.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse billing and collection data responsibly.
• Follow risk‑management and compliance procedures in all activities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with developments in the finance and billing domain.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written materials.
• Build and maintain internal and external networks while upholding the firm’s code of ethics.
