About the role

Join MCI’s fast‑growing sales team as a Bilingual Telephone Sales Representative. You will engage customers in both English and Spanish, understand their needs, recommend suitable products and services, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in English and Spanish.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• Identify customer needs and recommend value‑adding products and services.
• Explain features, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Address questions, overcome objections, and process orders accurately.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal communication and sales abilities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Data entry experience.
• Ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
