Bilingual Outbound Caller (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

DOXA is seeking a bilingual outbound caller to reactivate inactive driver accounts for one of its delivery service partners. Based remotely in the Philippines, you will make high‑volume phone calls, update driver information in the CRM system, and strive to meet daily performance targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to a list of inactive drivers to encourage them to resume driving.
• Maintain a high volume of daily calls while consistently achieving success targets.
• Accurately record and update driver details in the company’s CRM system.
• Analyze performance data and adjust techniques to improve reactivation rates.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to share best practices and identify areas for improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma (vocational or college education is a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telesales, customer engagement, or a similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ – C1).
• Experience in the gig‑economy, ridesharing, or delivery services is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo on‑site training and work Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM PST.
