Bilingual Mortgage Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for a bilingual Mortgage Customer Service Representative who can assist Spanish‑speaking customers with mortgage‑related inquiries. The role operates in a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact‑center environment and supports multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic support to customers via phone, text, chat, video chat, and other digital channels.
• Handle moderately complex mortgage inquiries, process e‑sign paperwork, and promote digital delivery of statements.
• Collaborate with the customer service team, follow established policies, and manage risk according to compliance standards.
• Escalate non‑routine issues to supervisors and stay current on policy changes.
• Advocate for digital services and assist customers in adopting online tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, financial services, or a contact‑center environment.
• Demonstrated experience in inbound and outbound calls, preferably within financial services.
• Fluent verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to attend the full in‑person training program and work U.S. business hours.
• Willingness to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City and to adjust hours as business needs dictate.
