Bilingual Medical Receptionist (Spanish/English) – Sales Focus

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Medical Receptionist with a strong sales orientation to join our remote team. In this full‑time position you will act as the primary link between prospective patients and our health services, turning interest into booked appointments and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and educate warm leads, providing personalized information about our medical offerings.
• Guide prospects through the sales process, encouraging them to schedule consultations or purchase services.
• Handle inbound calls and messages with professional, tailored recommendations.
• Conduct follow‑up outreach via phone, text, and email to nurture leads and increase conversions.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead activity and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and overall sales performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date on services, promotions, and offerings to answer inquiries confidently.
• Proactively schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth transition from interest to action.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven sales mindset with ability to persuade and convert leads.
• Background in medical reception, customer service, or sales (healthcare preferred).
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to adapt communication style.
• Comfortable using digital tools and working independently in a remote environment.
• Available to work Wednesday‑Sunday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM PST.
