About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring customers receive clear, helpful assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support via chat and email in French and English.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to guarantee consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
