About the role

We are seeking a fluent English‑Spanish speaker to join a US‑based legal team as a Customer Service Representative in Bonifacio Global City, Philippines. The role focuses on delivering a positive first‑contact experience for clients seeking legal intake and onboarding support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct initial client interviews to gather essential case information.
• Guide qualified clients through the intake and onboarding process, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records in company systems and handle confidential data securely.
• Follow up with potential clients, support satisfaction initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams and referral partners.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• 3–4 years of experience in customer service, call‑center, BPO, or client‑support roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
