BI / Data Analyst – Power BI

About the role

We are seeking a BI / Data Analyst specialized in Power BI to support production reporting and turn complex data into actionable business insights for our U.S.-based stakeholders. The role is fully remote, based in the Philippines, and works on an Eastern Standard Time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain production Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and scheduled refreshes.
• Develop and optimise Power BI solutions using DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Write, troubleshoot, and validate SQL across multiple business systems.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and trace issues back to source systems and processes.
• Partner with U.S.-based leaders to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in BI, reporting analytics, data analysis, or Power BI development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, Power Query, and semantic models.
• Strong SQL and data‑modeling skills.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, APIs/JSON, Snowflake, and modern reporting architecture.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work independently with U.S.-based stakeholders.
