B&C Specialist (Probationary)

About the role

We are looking for a B&C Specialist on a probationary basis to join our Operations team in Cebu City. In this role you will support engagement teams and clients by providing advice on accounting, financial reporting and strategic business issues, ensuring smooth information exchange across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on accounting, financial reporting and strategic business matters to engagement teams and clients.
• Support teams in resolving complex issues and evaluating the impact of accounting and reporting standard‑setting initiatives.
• Assist with resource management, learning and development, human capital, reporting, technology, innovation, quality and compliance.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data responsibly while following risk‑management and compliance procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of your area of specialism and communicate findings clearly.
• Build and maintain internal and external networks, share feedback and collaborate effectively.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Required profile

• Associate‑level professional with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide constructive feedback.
