Bank Teller – Service Associate

About the role

The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role supports the branch’s business objectives through high‑quality customer interactions and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver error‑free, efficient teller transactions in line with Service Standards (e.g., line wait time, turnaround time).
• Ensure compliance with BSP, AMLA, and other external regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by applying bank policies and procedures.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage customers professionally, providing an excellent service experience.
• Perform assigned administrative functions accurately and systematically.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complex situations, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
• Strong monitoring and controlling skills with a high sense of security awareness.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and able to engage easily with people.
• Committed to service quality, accuracy, and organizational standards.
