Bank Teller – Sampaloc Branch

About the role

The Bank Teller will provide fast, accurate, and courteous service to clients at the Sampaloc branch in Manila. This entry‑level position supports the bank’s commitment to service excellence by handling daily transactions and assisting customers with their banking needs.

Key responsibilities

• Process over‑the‑counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashments, payments and miscellaneous transactions.
• Assist UNIPRO with activities like scanning, filing signature cards and other bank documents.
• Review all check transactions and verify the authenticity of notes received.
• Cross‑sell existing branch products and refer clients to appropriate bank services.
• Deliver a “WOW” customer experience for every client interaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by branch management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably business‑related.
• No prior work experience required; customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High initiative, innovation and ability to work with diverse socio‑economic groups.
• Willingness to be assigned and rotated to any branch within Manila, specifically Sampaloc.
