The Back Office Support – GST (Genuine Student Test) Officer will manage the admissions process at Stanley College, handling inquiries, assessments, document verification, and record management for pre‑enrolment students. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their agents, ensuring a smooth and efficient pre‑enrolment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process admissions inquiries and guide prospective students through the initial steps.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate eligibility and readiness for enrollment.
• Verify the authenticity and completeness of submitted documents.
• Provide ongoing support to agents and students throughout the pre‑enrolment stage.
• Maintain accurate records by updating the admissions database and filing physical documents.
