B2B Telemarketing Appointment Setter (US Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Agent to join a B2B appointment‑setting campaign for a leading Japanese manufacturing client. You will engage prospective business customers, introduce the client’s products, qualify opportunities, and schedule sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business prospects using a provided lead list.
• Present the client’s product portfolio and communicate its value proposition.
• Generate interest, qualify leads, and capture relevant information.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the client’s sales representatives.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Record call outcomes, customer details, and appointment data accurately in the required system.
• Achieve daily productivity and appointment‑setting targets while upholding quality standards.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, outbound telesales, sales development, or a similar KPI‑driven calling role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional phone presence and confidence when speaking with business customers.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work a permanent night‑shift schedule.
