B2B Caller – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Caller to join our fast‑growing US/Canada web design firm. The position is fully remote and open to applicants based in the Philippines who can work night shifts aligned with North American business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to small business owners in the United States and Canada to introduce web design services.
• Explain service offerings clearly and answer basic questions.
• Qualify prospects and schedule follow‑up appointments for the sales team.
• Occasionally handle inbound inquiries from interested leads.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update prospect information in the CRM.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales or related outbound sales.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection, computer and headset.
• Willingness to work the night shift (7:45 PM – 4:00 AM PH time, Monday‑Friday).

Required skills

• Proficiency with a computer and internet‑based calling tools.
• Ability to use a headset for extended call sessions.
