About the role
We are looking for a motivated B2B Caller to join our fast‑growing web design firm serving clients in the United States and Canada. The role is fully remote and open to applicants based in the Philippines, working night‑shift hours to align with North American business times.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to small business owners in the U.S. and Canada.
- Introduce and explain our web design services.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow‑up appointments.
- Occasionally handle inbound inquiries from prospects.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in cold calling or telesales.
- Strong persuasion and communication abilities.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset.
- Willingness to work the night shift (7:45 PM – 4:00 AM PH time, Monday‑Friday).
