AVP – B2B Collections Lead (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Vice President to lead our B2B Collections function within a global Shared Services environment. The role combines strategic oversight of Order‑to‑Cash processes with hands‑on team leadership, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with regular interaction with regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing B2B Collections team serving global clients.
• Oversee end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash operations to ensure timely cash flow.
• Drive process excellence and implement best practices across the collections lifecycle.
• Collaborate with regional business units and finance partners to resolve collection issues.
• Monitor collection metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B collections or Order‑to‑Cash management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting and engage with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
