About the role

The Warehouse Assistant supports all activities within the warehouse and stockroom, from receiving goods to storing them and conducting inventory of the products sold by the company. This position ensures that materials are handled efficiently and that stock records remain accurate.

Key responsibilities

Assist with the receipt and verification of incoming merchandise.
Store items in designated locations following proper handling procedures.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain tidy and organized warehouse aisles and storage areas.
Support the preparation of goods for internal distribution or external shipment.

Required profile

Basic education or equivalent.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping.
Physical capability to lift and move moderate loads.

Required skills

Familiarity with inventory management processes.
Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
