Automation Developer I

About the role

The Automation Developer I will design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives for REPH and its Business Units.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) based on business requirements.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, SQL databases, APIs and standard connectors.
• Maintain the automation lifecycle including unit testing, UAT support, production monitoring, troubleshooting and documentation.
• Collaborate with OPEX leaders, automation supervisors, SMEs and IT teams to ensure governance, security and compliance of all solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience developing Power Platform solutions and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to documentation and maintainability.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Integration with SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, SQL databases and REST APIs.
• Python (preferably Django) and SQL scripting.
• UiPath or other RPA tools, VBA/Excel macro automation.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience and familiarity with AI‑assisted automation tools.
