Automation Developer (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

About the role

Directio is seeking an Automation Developer for a French client in the eyewear industry. The role focuses on designing, building and maintaining automation scripts and frameworks to improve operational efficiency across business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop automation scripts, workflows and frameworks using low‑code/no‑code platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate automation solutions with existing tools, databases and applications.
• Conduct testing, validation and performance optimisation of automated solutions.
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot automated systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Document scripts, tools and processes for future maintenance and enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation development, application support or related technical delivery.
• Hybrid work setup: 3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days remote.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work on shift schedules and provide support during critical periods.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder
• UiPath or similar RPA platforms
• Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, C#
• API integration, data extraction, data transformation
• SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, other enterprise systems
• Experience with ITSM tools such as HDA (preferred)

What we offer

• Salary: 75,000 – 80,000 PHP per month
• Monthly transportation allowance of 4,000 PHP
• 3,600 PHP monthly de‑minimis allowance (non‑taxable)
