Auth Specialist / Patient Care Coordinator (Hybrid – Alabang)

About the role

The Auth Specialist/Patient Care Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to a U.S.-based physical therapy client. Working from a hybrid setup in Alabang, you will ensure smooth patient onboarding, authorization processing, and day‑to‑day communication between patients and the therapy team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient intake, verify insurance eligibility, and process authorizations.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.
• Collaborate with the U.S. therapy team to relay updates and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Familiarity with healthcare administration processes.
