Audit Staff

About the role

The Audit Staff will support the audit team in delivering comprehensive audit services to our clients. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in audit procedures, client interaction, and report preparation within a dynamic accounting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit substantive test procedures, including client interviews, observations, and analysis of business processes.
• Verify documentation, gather data, and analyze records to assess financial accuracy.
• Prepare audit and management reports, and communicate findings to clients and senior auditors.
• Conduct follow‑up audits and support the full audit cycle from planning to completion.
• Assist senior auditors with assignments, support the audit committee, and contribute to audit findings.

Required profile

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology, or BSBA Financial Management.
• Open to candidates with or without prior work experience.
• Knowledge of data processing and ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and make recommendations to management.
• Strong aptitude for preparing and presenting reports to management and clients.
